[Plugin W3 Total Cache] Character encoding (4 posts)

Hi - ok, I hate all discussions about character encoding, because I can never get it right.. but on my WordPress blog I can write a post with foreign and special characters such as à and é without using the HTML encoding for them.

When these posts are pulled from the W3 Total Cache cache, the character à displays as gobledigook unless I change the HTML code of the post to be à

I have a ton of posts with references to foreign towns, to change all of them would take a very long time. Is there a setting I can change in W3 Total Cache to make this work? Thank you!

Can you provide a sample page for me to check out please?

It should also be noted that W3TC doesn't change your site's charset meta tag nor interfere with the content type header.
