This plugin has been working fine and delivering images via my CDN (cloudfront) without any issues. At some point about a month ago, any new images aren't being served from the CDN and instead come from my blog host.
The files are in the CDN. I uploaded them again and 100% of them were there. I looked in S3 and see the files there. The permissions are set fine, yet it's not working. A test upload from the CDN screen of the plugin was successful.
I've tried in every browser I have after clearing cache via the plugin and each of the browsers.

If I view the source code, I do see this, which makes it appear that the CDN should be working:
