[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] CDN Not Uploading Images on Older Pages

    I installed W3 and got most of the features working, but the CDN is giving me an odd problem. When activated, it works fine on the first few pages of the site, but when I drill down to older posts( after page 4) the images are no longer served by the CDN. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
