   Site: the site in question

   When I upload an image into a special custom section of my post, that image is converted into a thumbnail. Using inspire from Woothemes.

   This thumbnail is recorded in the filesystem under /upload but not uploaded to the CDN by w3 total cache.

   Have similar problem, but conversely, thumb is uploaded but the main image don't ...

   Can you try the development version of the plugin?
