   Hi, posted this in another thread but it shows "resolved" and it most definitely isn't for me.

   Everything was working great on my install (latest version of W3 and WordPress, then I added a CDN and the Page Cache (Enhanced) and Minify broke. The funny thing is, I can't seem to go back. Even removing the CDN doesn't seem to bring things back. Any ideas on what is causing this rewriting error for the Minify URL and Page Cache?

   I tried the change to 777, then resave the settings and then back to 644 with no luck. If i turn on Page Cache Enhanced, it gives me the same .htaccess as if I turn on Minify...

   Any thoughts on what to do? Some of the suggestions in some other threads involved editing the php files of W3, which doesn't seem like a good long term solution...

   Could you send a bug submission form from the Support page in the plugin?

   @adamf, did you remove all of the .htaccess rules?
