I have using W3 Total Cache plugin for my large blog. But recently my amazon affiliate account got banned, amazon accused me of using a system of cookies stuffing, but I refused coz I did not.
Well, W3 Total Cache save amazon affiliate links into visitor browser, this is the relevant reason why my amazon affiliate account has been banned, assumed by Amazon affiliate support.
Be careful using W3 Total Cache or another cache plugins
