[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] 503 on wp-admin after deleting w3tc

I only meant to delete the plugin, now my /wp-admin gets a 503 error.
Thank you very much for this fantastic script! Some kind of health warning about deleting object-chache.php and other files manually might have saved me a lot of trouble.
