[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] How to set a Pre-Defined Multi-line HMTL Field

Is it possible to create a Pre-defined Multi-line HTML Field? I’m trying to create a letter to the Editor form. I would like to provide a pre-written letter in the html field. The point is to give the user the ability to edit the letter if they choose.
