    Hey,

I have WordPress 3.3 installed with Visual Form Builder. I have it setup to "confirmation" and "redirect to URL" with a PayPal URL in the redirect box. When I fill out the form it submits and sends to PayPal.

When I go to the "Entries" page no data is shown. Any ideas???

Thanks @brianjking me on Twitter or brianjosephking [at] gmail [dot] com

    Thank you so much!

    Hey Brian,

Sorry about the Tweet. Been super busy trying to get the Pro version out. I setup a quick test with the Pro version (which uses the same code) and noticed no problems. I'll do a test with the free version tomorrow just to be sure there's nothing missing.

Do you have a link to your form?

    Matthew,

Not a problem. The site currently has a under construction page up, if you can setup a specific time or something I could take the under construction site down?

Should it output some errors into the Apache log? Do specific files need to have special CHMOD?

    Thank you so much!

I ran my test this morning and everything recorded just fine. Are you getting entries recorded without the redirection?

I don't seem to be getting anything without the redirect either. I'm going to create a whole new form.

Are there any specific file permissions necessary?

For some reason it always redirects me to paypal? I even created a new form... and told it to just display text "thank you you've submitted your information"

Okay - I found out where the one issue resides, it was somehow nested in the paypal button code. I didn't think to check that - sorry.

The next issue is when I want it to redirect to a PayPal URL it says I didn't provide all the necessary information or something along those lines. You should be able to reproduce that at the above URL.

I'm seeing your Coming Soon page right now.

Those errors you are seeing are from PayPal not recognizing the inputs. Your item has to be setup in a certain way in order for PayPal to receive it. There's no way to do this in the free version.

What is the link to the pro version?

I'm just using the email code button that PayPal provides (a URL). I don't want to pass any information to PayPal just simply redirect to a URL. This isn't able to be completed in free version?

    Thanks

I'm not too familiar with the email code. I will look into it.

The Pro version lets you assign a field as a PayPal field and it will take care of forwarding that information to PayPal while recording the form data into VFB.

    Matthew,

I had my client purchase VFB Pro this evening. The site is using it for donations, is there anyway I can have it setup that it will already have it say "donations" in the item description? I'm not familiar with the PayPal donations setup...

Also - before it forwards to PayPal it outputs this error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/lrobeson/public_html/ehrbar2012.com/wp-content/plugins/visual-form-builder-pro/visual-form-builder.php on line 2684

    Thanks!
