   I love this plugin, well done!

   A minor problem with one of my forms - the field descriptions are showing up to the right of the input box instead of below the Field Title. Not sure why this would be, but it is affecting the look of my form.

   Can you please help? Thanks!

   This is a CSS issue. Without a link to your form, there's nothing I can do.

   When I inspected it, your .required and #comments_template form label, input CSS declarations are causing the behavior.
