[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Add Form fields data in notification email

    Good day Matthew.

    I started using your plugin a few days ago. Perfect job mate!

    I came across to the following need:

    When enabling the option “Send Confirmation Email to User” under the Form’s Notification settings I would like to have the ability to add Form fields data in either the Subject of the email or the body of it.
    Is there a way to do that.
