   Have installed the plug-in and working very well, however since installed all events created using BP-Events have their times for events totally mangled.

   Sorry you are having trouble.
   Can you be more descriptive as to the actual condition?
   URL?

   I never had this complaint before.
   Make sure the BP-Events is the proper version for what you are using it on.

   What version of buddy press do you have?
   Version of WPMU?
   Version of BP-Events?

   Is the version of BP-Events you installed compatible with what you installed it on?

   Check the bugs list for BP-Events

   How did you install visitor maps?

   One possibility ... (assuming what it could be because you were not specific, is it a timezone offset probem?)

   Try setting the timezone correctly in WordPress Admin - Settings - General
