[Plugin: Viper's Video Quicktags] Video resize problem

    Hi I am trying to embed a flv video in this web-page http://www.emayvision.com/research/tracking-with-random-finite-sets/

    The code I am using is
    [flv width=”352″ height=”144″]http://www.emayvision.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/PHT-demo3D.flv[/flv]

    width and height are half the actual size of the video. However, whatever number I set the video is always displayed using the default size (400×320) with back bands added on the top and on the bottom of the video.
    The browser is Firefox 3.5 on Linux

    I am I doing something wrong?
