   Would like to know what short code id use to embed .mp4 file on your plugin and what is the maximum width or height.

   You can probably do it with the [video] tag, but I'd recommend using the [flv] tag instead. The width and height is whatever you want it to be.

   It is very simple.
   The example below shows how to embed a preview image for your video.

   [flv image="http://www.yoursite.com/image.jpg"]http://www.yoursite.com/movie.mp4[/flv]

   Oh, duh. Totally forgot Flash can handle MP4.
