   I want add FLV videos which I will upload to my site via FTP. I am going crazy trying to find how to do this using this plugin.

   The plugin has some excellent buttons to add video from YouTube etc, but nothing for FLV video files.

   Please don't ask me to google for a "FLV Embed Code", because I have done that and gone around in circles and come up empty.

   I am guessing it's a simple code with a bunch of parameters, but I can't find it in the Help documentation.

   OK I half figured it out. Yes there is some info in the Help documentation, but it only shows the shortcode parameters. There is no mention of the tag part of the shortcode anywhere, ie [flv] [/flv]

   Anyway, I managed to get my video half working using the following code:
   [flv] http://www.jumblemedia.net/wp-content/videos/FestivalWinds.flv [/flv]

   But it doesn't play and show a Error #2048 message.

   Any ideas?

   The root directory, do a video library!
   Right to read it.
