    The plugin won’t work without the needed Javascript.

    right, but i would write it in the footer by myself.

    The Javascript has to be in the header. It will not work if placed in the footer.

    The CSS also has to be in the head. It is invalid HTML to have it anywhere else.

    The CSS would be in the style.css

    It’s currently not possible to remove the CSS that my plugin adds to the head without modifying the plugin itself. In addition, the CSS is generated dynamically based on the options you choose in your settings area.
