[Plugin: ViperBar] Viperbar breaks when MailChiimp details are entered

    I am afraid that my Viperbar Crashes everytime I put in Mail Chimp api key and list id.
    I would far prefer everything to go through Mail Chimp.

    I’ve noted the viper bar will not work if the details are wrong however they are right, I have double checked them a hundred times. It seems to take down the nivo slider with it as well. The error code shown at the bottom of the screen is:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function listMergeVars() on a non-object in /home/content/93/8264193/html/wp-content/plugins/viperbar/client/front_main.php on line 354

    Does anyone have any advice?

    That usually means that the MailChimp program included with the Viperbar plugin isn’t being set up properly, which usually means that there is another plugin installed with uses that same program that is conflicting with it. Might this be the case for you?

    Hi Graemeboy,

    I recognise you as one of Glenn’s friends. There was no other plug in installed using the mailchimp, I don’t know what it was that was conflicting to be honest. Since I wasn’t getting any support in the end it was easier for me to custom code my own download box using the mailchimp embed code as a base and throwing it in a txt box on the sidebar.

    Thanks for your help though, I appreciate it and understand that you guys have a lot on your plates.
