   HI there, we are using the latest version and just wanted to know if there are any tweaks that we can do to the server settings, when we view the video for the first 2-3 minutes the circle that signifies loading show and does not go away for some time.

   Are there any tweaks that we can do to the extension or to the server settings at all?

   Seems like it struggles to keep up with the video even though its only a small file.

   Any help will be great.

   Is the video playing while the loading circle is showing? Have you tried hosting your video elsewhere to see if it loads faster? I often upload video to my Public Dropbox and use the shared link as my video src url.

   I'm having a similar problem. Videos load quickly and I get the circle progress bar in Safari, Chrome and IE. But in Firefox on both the Mac and Win7, I do not get a progress bar. The video eventually plays, but it takes forever.
