Front end post submission with another plugin image problem (8 posts)

Hi, I'm using another plugin Formidablepro - http://formidablepro.com, with this plugin i can create forms. The form i created is giving users the ability to submit posts from the front-end.

Everything works fine, the form is submitted and the video url goes to the right place, the problem is that the images are not created from the video, only if i go to post edit page in admin and click publish, then the images are appear (both Video and Featured). I've tried to add _video_thumbnail to the custom field of Formidablepro (it supports custom fields), but all i get is _video_thumbnail in the src of the img tag.

Can you please help me with this?
    Thank you.

What is the post's status in the back end (published, draft, pending, etc.) when it is submitted by a user on the front end?

In the back end it's "Published" and in the Formidable plugin is "Automatically published" for front end. But still thumbs appears only after i click "Update".

I'm looking for a solution to this as well... We need instant posting on the site and saving as published causes it to not pull the thumbnail. I have to go in and hit update video thumbnails.

If it saves as a draft and THEN I publish it will show the thumbnail.

I have the exact same question and the exact same issues with frontend-submitted posts only working once I put my hands on them.
