   Because the CSV file's first column is called "ID", Excel improperly recognizes the file as a SYLK file and will not open it. If you open the file in a text editor, change "ID" to "UID", it opens fine.

   Is there any way we can get this changed in the release version of the plugin so the first column is called UID instead? If you are curious about it, click on the following links for more information:
