Is there a way to have the user receive an email notification with the answer in regards to the comment they left?
Or at least add a Notify me button.

    Thank you :)

Can you please clarify? When user leaves a feedback with email address provided, admin user can click his email when viewing the feedback and thus reply to the feedback.

Hello Karevn, I wanted to know if I replied to their feedback question through my wordpress site, do they get my feedback sent to their email automatically as well?

I am wondering if it can work like the “ Notify me of follow-up posts via email” button below.

So instead of sending another email to their email address my response is sent to them automatically.

    Thank you.

Still not sure I do understand. Sorry, English is not my primary language.
The latest version of Usernoise does not contain "Reply" box intentionally - I replaced it with the link to feedback author email to launch regular email client which definitely does the job of sending email the best way.

I understand. I was hoping to see a reply notification button. This way I did not have to reply twice, once for the site and again in the email.
Maybe that can be an option.

    Great work!

    Thank you.

Hi, I'm not sure I can see your replacement!! The old version is more interesting I think.. :-s The point is that I cannot send a reply feedback by any means.. There is no link to reply, no button, nothing... Just the feedback and upgrade to pro... :)

    Any ideas?

@Lecma: Yep. Use email, Luke :) I removed that feature, because it did not provide a seamless "email conversation" workflow anyway and could lead to lost conversations. So now you can just click on sender's email address that is stored in feedback and have a sensible conversation workflow using email client of your choice.

    Thanks.

Thanks for your quick reply... Dear, I'm not sure I understand you when you say 'sender's email'... There is nothing there on the feedback when received... Just the feedback text and the name of the sender!! No email at all... :)

    Best,
