[Plugin: Usernoise modal feedback / contact form] How is the feedback author registered?

    Hi Karevn!

    Wonderful work with UserNoise, I like it a lot!

    One question:

    We received an idea feedback from a logged in user. Well, actually from 2 users it seems! the user name and the email doesn’t match at all!

    Here’s what I see:
    In the header of the “idea” in the backend it’s written:

    Author: amministratore@sism.org or SISM Padova

    From other feedback I understood that the first is the mail and the second is the user name of the same user.

    Well, amministratore@sism.org is totally not the mail of SISM Padova!

    What’s going on?

    I think I understood:

    The email comes from what the user wrote in the email box, the User is detected automatically by the plugin. So is the user the one who used a wrong email…
