   If you mean the menu generated by WordPress - sorry, it is imposssible due to WordPress architecture. If you generate the menu yourself - please take a look at FAQ, there is an answer there.

   In this case, WP guys cared too much about secirity... :) You can write a custom JS which will handle menu items somehow and call usernoise.window.show() for those you need.

   Worked in WordPress 3.3 (not tried other versions) by pasting the code <a href="javascript: usernoise.window.show();">my link text</a> into the Navigation Label field for the Custom Link. Leave URL blank.
