   Hi,

   I am frustrated about the "Override Avatar with User Photo" option. It does not work, the avatars of the registered users aren't replaced :( But they have uploaded "user photo"s. What can I do?

   Did you turn on the "Show Avatars" option the "Avatars" settings on the "Discussion" option page? It works for me.

   Same here. Doesn't show on comments or on author profile pages. I think this plugin is not compadible with WP 2.7, as the info pages do not explain how to use it with the new wp_list_comments.

    guys I'm using this plugin with WP 2.8 with no problem
    Make sure you turn on the Gravatar under Discussion settings.

    Turning on Gravatar did nothing. All it did was display the gravatar logo.
