The User Photo plugin on our site doesn't function properly. The settings page doesn't fully load, so we can't submit any of the options--the submit button is missing and wordpress' footer doesn't display, in fact the HTML ends right after the email this administrator pulldown is displayed.
also functions like userphoto_exists and userphoto don't work, even though I have them working on another blog.
Anyone have a similar problem or know how to contact the author?

I'm having the same issue, there's no way to save the settings, so I can't change the size of the thumbnails or anything. And the dropdown menu that says "Notify administrator"... the only selection is "none". Also can't get the frontend to work, it looks like the user photo uploads (I think, because it takes time) but then it doesn't appear afterwards, so there's just the upload form.
