   How can i set the size of the photo the users are allowed to upload to their accounts? I dont know why, but it appears that the size allowed is 20M for me (admin) and users equally.

   I want it to be much less. not more than 40 Kbs.

   Btw, the plugin should have a notification/status window in the main page of the dashboard that shows any photos that need validation, or at least to signal that, with the help of a colorful circle next to the "user photo" element, just like when the word "Plugins" have red circle with a number inside it, next to "plugins" that indicate number of plugins that have upgrades available.

   Hi If any one could help with this .I would like to post my photo as a user.
   This moment I'm not able to do,seems its automatically shows generic icons of avatar images in the user box. If any one can explain me step by step what I need to do to post my own photo rather tan avatar images.

   I found that the adding this:
   <input type="hidden" name="MAX_FILE_SIZE" value="512000" />
   hidden input field just before the file select input field will restrict users from uploading files bigger than the specified value.
