   I've been enjoying the User Photo plugin, it works great, although I can't figure out one important thing.

   The author photo will only appear on the author profile if the author has a post attributed to them. I've tested this on two different sites and have had the same results. I would like the author photo/default photo to show before the author has written a post.

   I'm using this code to call the photo:
   <?php userphoto($posts[0]->post_author); ?>

   Has anybody else had this issue? Is it as simple as changing 'post_author' to something else? I've tried other variations to avail. Thanks!

   I've had the same problem, and i just ended up giving some random posts to those authors, or ghost writing something for them. Kinda a Bummer, but i think thats just the way it goes? i do however have an author list that i made seperate from the profiles, where the images display just fine with-out posts.
