   Hi,

   This looks like it will work great for what I need! However, I do need an editor to be able to edit a sub-page in a section, but not the page above it. So far, the access restrictions I place on the parent page are always inherited by the sub-pages.

   Perhaps I have overlooked a setting. Any advice?

   Have you tried the "Lock recursive" option on the Settings page?
