I've just created a new wordpress test system with the only additional plugin being User Access Manager Version 1.1.2. I have turned on permalinks. Everything seems to work except Lock Files. I have Lock Files set to yes and Download Type set to fopen. After doing this I uploaded an image by adding it to the Media Library.
The image loads OK but the thumbnail does not appear in the Media Library.
When I edit the post and add the image I can see it in the post. However when viewing the site the image does not show, even for the administrator.
If you like I can give you admin access to the test site.
Forgot to add one thing: if I attempt to navigate to the image in the upload directory (http://angeles-hill.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/2ccr-logo1-150x150.jpg) I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mime_content_type() in /home/content/g/h/i/ghi07/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/user-access-manager/class/UserAccessManager.class.php on line 1962
It seems that you can't user the mime_content_type function of php. I add an additional fall-back for the next release.
I have the same problem. Is there a solution yet? Maybe I have to say to my hosting admin that I need the mime_content_type php function?
