Hi,
I am using WATS for a while and later added UAM to my side. Since then, newly added WATS categories are not shown in the Ticket system's dropdown menu. However, categories defined before installing and using UAM are still selectable.
The WATS developer told me it might be simple change in UAM hooks.
Any help or idea? As I find it extremely helpful to use UAM and WATS for setting up indivualised client and project pages, a solution to this issue would be great.
