   I am tuning database of my blog http://www.netrival.com and found that their are thousands of upPrev entries in Options table. like:

   _site_transient_iworks_upprev_scripts_11094_2012-02-23T20:49:12+

   What to do with these entries??

   Turn off transients cache and read this:
