Is there a way to remove the "Allowed Files" and .jpg in the visitor window? Sorry, but its just too much. I would like to limit the file type just to.jpgs without the visitor statement.

Upload Widget is multi-widget, you have to create so much of widget that of roles authorized to upload.
Set the correct "Authorized WP Role" for each widget. Each role will only see his widget.
The admin role is the only one to see all the widgets.
Visitors only see widgets with "Authorized WP Role" set to "Visitor".
