   Is there a way to show the website name / address on the top of the print form? Using it on a recipe site which I think people are more likely to want to print pages for, would be nice to be able to display the URL at least for when people share / forget!

   Ah ha! Once again, there is something there.
   The "Footer information" does provide a URL mention on the bottom of the page.

   A header option would be good too though. Big bold URL of the page?

   It's already added in UPM 1.1.1 release, coming tomorrow.
