I have used this plugin for a long time. It worked great unitl ... I upgraded to WordPress 2.5
I spent hours trying ot figure out why TinyMCE would not work. Authors would get Javascript errors .. After an indepth look, I deactivated all my plugins then enabled them one by one... And behold, when I enabled Ultimate Google Analytics, the TinyMCE Visual editor broke, (IE would hang with JavaScript errors).
So unless you don't upgrade to WordPress 2.5... I would recomend using a different plugin until the author fixes this.
there's really no reason to use a plugin for google analytics... and there's absolutely no reason for that stupid plugin to be injecting the analytics javascript into your dashboard.

Actually, I just figured out that this has nothing to do with the plugin. It has everything to with google analytics.
I manualy added the javascipt and was able to reproduce the problem.
The code is not on the dashboard/admin pages only on the main site content.
Fix: open the dashboard in a new browser session/window (not within the same session that google analytics is tracking).
So... let me take back what I said earlier about this plugin. This plugin works fine...
I also posted detailed steps on my website, WordPress Visual editor not working
