Anyone know what this means? It keeps showing on WP dashboard.

Ultimate Blogroll: Could not check for reciprocal website. Check if ports are open.

    Thanks

PS. I noticed when I placed the tag inside a page; I noticed nothing else showed, ie: any other text...how can I insert some Terms if it does not allow anything other then the tag? I should be able to place other text above or below the tag....

I had the "Could not check for reciprocal website. Check if ports are open." message appear after upgrading to 1.8.1 also. I went back to 1.8 for now.
