[Plugin: Udinra All Image Sitemap] Does this plugin over-write existing titles/alts?

Plugin mentions that it auto-fills titles and alts. If I’ve already done some custom alts, will installing this plugin over-write existing alt titles? Or will it only fill in blank ones?
