   We have used this plugin successfully but after a migration to our new host this past weekend, the Upload function stopped working.

   Now when we upload a file, it goes through the process, shows the Upload Progress bar, but then just stays there forever. The plugin never gets to the next step of letting you insert it into the topic or reply.

   I looked in the upload director and I can see the file there. I do NOT see the 100x100 thumbnail. It seems it breaks right there.

   This (and the U Buddypress Forum Editor) is a tremendously important plugin to our site - any ideas on how to get it working again?

   Found out the problem.

   This requires that php-GD be installed on the server. Without it, the ability to render png and other thumbnails correctly will not work, causing the progress bar to display but then the script fails.

   At the Root prompt:

   yum install php-gd

   Then reload (no need to restart) the Apache server:

   service httpd reload

   Resolved
