   I just uploaded this plugin, and after doing the first round of settings, I changed them, but the changes are not reflected. I want less tweets, no photo. I cleared, deactivated and then reactivated. Updated etc.

   Are settings saving in other widgets (WP Admin -> Appearance -> Widgets)? Try disabling all other plugins and then re-enabling them one at a time until the problem happens again
