   I have setup the Twitter settings but the tweets are going to the customers seemingly wrong page. They go here
   https://twitter.com/#!/search/realtime/pet%20friendly%20holiday%20houses
   but she says the account info she gave me is for this page
   https://twitter.com/#!/petfriendlyholi
   Im confused.
   Any tips greatly appreciated.

   it keeps changing the url. If you go to that url and then search using
   "Pet Friendly Holiday Houses" then you will see the area the tweets go to.
