   On my theme I'd like to link my post (generated by Twitter Tools) to the original tweet on Twitter. For example, in a post like this:
   

   Introducing WordPress 3 Custom Taxonomies http://bit.ly/b7z7wt
   6:56pm May 11th 2010 | #

   I wish the hashtag # be the backlink to the post on Twitter.

   Can you help me to linkify that hashtag?
