[Plugin: Twitter Tools: bit.ly Links] Hmm odd

I’ve associated my Twitter account with bit.ly as my login method and have entered my Twitter username (without the @) in the Twitter Tools: bit.ly Links Settings. I’ve entered the API key given me in the bit’ly setting page but keep getting the error message that my credentials are not recognized.

Any thoughts?
