after installing tweetbacks I've noticed I'm not getting regular pingbacks/trackbacks now. Perhaps its delayed? But they show up in my dashboard - only not under comments or on the posts themselves.
Does tweetback disable other pingbacks/tweetbacks?

Posted 3 years ago #Did you change your single.php template to make the tweetbacks display differently? I think that you've made a mistake with it, if regular ping/trackbacks aren't displaying.
If they're showing up in your dashboard they're definitely in the database. Tweetbacks doesn't disable them in any way.

Posted 3 years ago #I don't think I've changed anything but it may have been changed in the theme itself. I haven't played around with it much to look.

Posted 3 years ago #If you're using a decent theme it should work fine as far as I can tell. Mashable has a great tutorial on altering your theme so it supports Tweetbacks properly - you may want to look into that. I think it's linked from the plugin page.
