Get the latest version (1.4.0), it works with WP 3.3.
Cheers!
Thanks! That part is fixed. However, now, when I publish the page with a tweet2download link, I get this message when I click on the graphic:
There was an error connecting to twitter, probably a consumer key/secret issue.
I have double-checked to make sure those two keys are correct. Any idea on what I can do to fix this?
I have also tried resetting the keys in the Twitter app but no dice…

make sure you’re copying the consumer key/secret properly and your twiter APP has read-write rights
Done and done. Unfortunately, still getting the error.
Still having the same problem. Is this a known issue?
Also having this consumer key/secret error message.
Pretty sure all my settings are correct.
Think this is a more generic issue now…..
Any news on this already?

No, this is not a know issue and I’m unable to reproduce your problem since it works for me.
Unfortunatly, to help you debug it I will need access to your blog – if interested send me an email (you can get my email from the plugin, look inside the tweet2download.php file)
Having the same problem with the consumer key error. I would really love to use this plugin. Please, can someone fix it? Thank you!

For those getting the
There was an error connecting to twitter, probably a consumer key/secret issue.
error, make sure that you configured a callback url in you twitter app:
1. go to https://dev.twitter.com/apps click on your application
2. click the “Settings” tab
3. in the “WebSite: ” field, enter your website URL. For example: http://www.inspiredcore.com/
4. in the “Callback URL: ” field, enter your website URL. For example: http://www.inspiredcore.com/
5. click the “Update this Twitter Application’s settings” button
Thanks, I think that fixed the issue. Is there anyway to *not* include a “follow”? I don’t want to have to force people to follow me. I tried getting rid of the follow attribute and it defaulted to @batman.
