   Trying to use AJAX pagination causes the entire video thumb area to become blank. It appears to be caused by a call to tubepress/sys/scripts/ajax/shortcode_printer.php which isn't included in the latest release.

   Ajax pagination in TubePress is a Pro-only feature...
