Umm, is there a way to make it not try to translate the default language? I was testing it out and turned on French for example then had to select English to get back to English. Now it goes through the motions of trying to translate English to English when it obviously does not need to go through those motions
Granted I can turn off the cookie for now but just wanted to point this out

Hey guys this request has been implemented into the script. If you translate into the fromLang it triggers the cancel. Requires that the fromLang be set.
Now the automatic translation cookie can be cancelled 3 different ways: by translating into the from language, or by hitting the "cancel" or "undo" links that appear during and shortly after the translation operation.
You can also disable the automatic translation altogether by unchecking the "Use Cookie" option in the TranslateThis Button for WordPress Settings page.
