Every time someone selects the Facebook like feature or the send for a post it sends the post however the image in the post is not being displayed what is being displayed is random image found in one of my widgets menu. So you have a completely unrelated image for the post being carried over into Facebook. Can you offer some guidance on how to correct. Thanks!” Has anyone experienced this how can it be fixed? crimeprevention101.com.

Well, Facebook would like you to just use their Like button (which is an option) and not the share button, which they have deprecated. The Like button will let users choose the picture to feature.

For the time being we’re leaving the share icon option in the plugin, since it’s so popular for blogs — but at some point I won’t be surprised if Facebook breaks it entirely, deliberately or accidentally.

I have this problem too and it happens whether the user likes or shares. Random imagery shows up even when different plugins are used as long as ‘Trackable Social Share’ is active?

Some other advice would be entirely helpful?
