   Im running a pretty big blog and always when i run top commentators it freezes the server after a few hours running.
   Is that a common error? and is there a solution to it?

   I think the problem is the amount of over 50.000 comments

   What time frame did you use to duplicate the error? Monthly, yearly or all-time?

   i tried alltime, yearly AND monthly :)

   I'll try to duplicate this error if I can. In the mean time, why not try other widgetized versions of Show Commentators Plugin? They have less frills but should be good enough if you really need one.

   If anyone out there can figure out why this problem occurs, I'd appreciate the assistance :)

   i tried the widgetized version. i landed now @ freepress top commenters:

   this one works flawless :)
