[resolved] How to change the style for description? (3 posts)

LOVE this widget. Great job, webgrrrl! Nice site too!

One little tweak I'd like to make. How can I style the description? Right below the 'TOP COMMENTATORS' title, I have a small description that I'd like to add more padding and less line height to (compared to my other widgets). I don't mind doing this in the code.. just not sure of the proper place?

    Thanks for any help!

Um, yeah, styling for the description is one of the things I overlooked in TCW, sorry about that.

The good news is, you can use HTML or CSS markup within the description itself. For instance, you want the following text to appear:-
Comment on my blog and you will be linked here
... and stylize that via your style.css file, then you should instead type in this:-
<div class='tcwDescription'>Comment on my blog and you will be linked here</div>
then define whatever style you want. Inline CSS or ID works, whichever you fancy.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Use SINGLE QUOTES ONLY! I've not set the description to clean up double quotes and such, but I promise to do that soon.

Can't believe I didn't think to try that! I was searching all through the php code in the plugin editor.. the div trick in the widget worked great. Much easier.

Thanks a bunch for the help and the great widget! Love it!
