judgejNice plugin - does the job simply and effectively.
One request I would have, is the ability to start the TOC at a certain level. It is fine being able to stop at a certain level, but being able to skip, for example, heading level 1 and start at level 2 would be very useful.
My pages have a single header level 1, and it is that which I want to take out of the TOC.
