   I'm looking for a plug-in that can add segments of random posts from a selected pool onto the body of the static front page. I would read the content and at the bottom see "Tips" and a teaser for a post.

   I've paged through a lot of random post generator plug-ins, but they all seem to be geared to putting a random post in its entirety into the

   blog

   rather than on a selected page. There are widgets, but they all seem to want put a teaser on the sidebar. My sidebar is all navigation, so that widget ends up too far down. I want something on the page body itself. Is anyone familiar with something that will do this?
